Support Groups

Studies have showed that Support Groups can be an extremely beneficial method to maintain momentum when trying to achieve your most healthy weight.

That is why Big on the Inside offers you the possibility of joining a Support Group. These are very new and are only run when there are enough participants. If you think that a support group is just what you are looking for, call Jacinta to discuss further.

You may choose from the following structures:

Flexible Support Club

An open forum group where everyone shares their experiences of the previous month. Jacinta will act as a facilitator keeping the discussion moving and providing insights when required.

Maximum participants: 10
Time frame: unlimited
Frequency: once a month

BOTI Coaching Club

Taking a more structured approach, the Coaching Club will be limited to 6 sessions only. Under the guidance of your group coach, you will all help to coach each other. Each person is allocated time to present their problem and will receive input from the group.

Maximum participants: 6
Time frame: 6 sessions only
Frequency: to be agreed upon by the group, preferably once a week or once a fortnight.
