We will also talk through some of the mental blocks that hold you back from exercising and give you tips on how to overcome them. Emotional Hunger and How to Control It
Physical hunger is only one type of hunger. Emotional hunger, in all its guises (eating when we’re angry, depressed, sad, lonely, or scared) is potentially the most dangerous type of hunger for achieving our weight goals. In this session we explore emotional hunger, understand how it works, and learn useful strategies to flip it, so that it is handled in ways far more useful than putting food in your mouth.
